Hey guys!

Before you leave for your trip, you will spend a day going through training! Training Camp begins the first day that your trip is scheduled. You are responsible to cover the cost of your travel to training and your travel back home after the trip ends. Please read these instructions carefully and make your plans according to the following information:

We will all be meeting at the Hartsfield – Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia on June 1st, 2012. Please find the Atrium and meet us in front of the Atlanta Bread Company. Note that there is more than one Atlanta Bread Co. in the airport so remember it’s the one in the Atrium. If you see the giant dinosaur skeleton, you're in the right place.

If you are driving: you need to arrive at the Atlanta airport BEFORE 4 PM EST on June 1st.

If you are flying: your flight MUST arrive BEFORE 4PM EST on June 1st.

After your flight lands, go pick up your baggage and then ask for directions to the Atrium and meet us in front of the Atlanta Bread Company.

At the end of your trip, you will be flying into the Chicago O'Hare International Airport on July 1st at 5:10 PM.

It can take a very long time to get through customs, so make sure you have adequate time to make your flight home. Our suggestion is that you book a flight after 8:00 PM on July 1st. Even with that, we can't promise you won't be delayed in customs. Please use your best judgment.

***To clarify, you will be responsible for getting yourself to the Atlanta airport on June 1^st by 4:00 PM. And then you will be responsible for getting yourself from the Chicago O’Hare airport back home on July 1st after 8:00 PM. This means that you must either book a multi-city ticket (usually the cheapest option) or you can book two one-way tickets.

If you are having trouble booking a flight home after 8:00 PM on July 1st, please let me know ASAP. If you have any questions or if this information is confusing to you, please let me know!

We absolutely need you to communicate your travel plans to us. So when you have everything planned, go online and log in to your profile. On the My Mobilization Tab you'll see a Travel section. Right there you can enter all your information. Please have your travel section complete by May 2nd.
